Our company has been doing business with Waltz-Dettmer for as long as I've been in purchasing, which has been since 1981. I actually believe it goes back much further than that. Waltz-Dettmer has been doing a great job for us. Jack, who is our outside sales representative from Waltz-Dettmer comes in and takes inventory once a week. He will check with all off our plant supervisors to see if they are in need of anything. Jack then has a quote faxed over to my attention and then we issue a purchase order for it. Jack also brings in new ideas to us monthly. Bottom line is that Waltz-Dettmer does an excellent job keeping my departments running with quality tools at a competitive price they provide us with on-time delivery.
